摘要
本文利用酞菁的光化学及光物理的光动力学原理,以不同金属酞菁产生单线态氧(~1O_2)作为参数探讨对肿瘤疾病的疗效。结论是不同种类基团及同种基团数目对疗效的影响,实验表明:含不同金属原子的酞菁化合物产生~1O_2的速率递减次序是:Zn> Mg> Cu> Mn> Co> Fe。研究发现磺酸基数目增加可以增加酞菁的亲水性,但不同的磺酸基数目对光动力学疗法的效果也不同。疗效顺序为:MSPc> MS_2Pc> MS_3Pc> MS4Pc> MPc。对取代基位置在α位和β位的分析表明取代基位置对疗效影响不明显。
In this paper,a single linear oxygen(1O2)was used as parameters to explore the curative effect of tumor diseases using photochemistry and light physics principle of phthalocyanine.Conclusion the effect of different groups and groups of groups on curative effect.The experiment showed that the rate of1O2of the phthalocyanine containing different metal atoms,Descending orderwas:Zn>Mg>Cu>Cu>Co>Fe.The study found that the increase of sulfonic acid base could increase the hydrophilicity of phthalocyanine,but different sulfonic radix had different effects on photodynamic therapy.The order of efficacy is:MSPc>MS2Pc>MS3Pc>MS4Pc>MPc.
