摘要
为进一步保障铁路行车安全和作业人员的人身安全,调查分析铁路工务、电务、供电单位防护员心理健康状况。采用PHQ-9、GAD-7和MBI-GS量表对铁路相关站段450名防护员进行问卷调查。不同年龄、文化程度、班制工电防护员的抑郁程度构成差异有统计学意义;不同性别、文化程度、班制工电防护员的焦虑程度构成差异有统计学意义。调查结果显示,30岁以上组的抑郁症状相对更为严重;本科及以上学历较高中及以下学历防护员的抑郁和焦虑者多,而症状严重者以高中及以下学历为主;混班制的防护员发生抑郁、焦虑的比例明显高于白班制;男性相较于女性更容易产生焦虑,以轻度和重度为主。
In order to further ensure the safety of railway traffic and the personal safety of operators, the mental health of protector in telecommunication and signal depot, track division and section for power supply was investigated and analyzed. Using PHQ-9, GAD-7 and MBI-GS scale, 450 protectors were investigated. There were significant differences in age, education level and depression level of workers and electricians. There were significant differences in gender, educational level and anxiety level of shift workers. The results showed that depression was more serious in the group over 30 years old. Bachelor degree or above has more depression and anxiety than high school degree or below, while high school degree or below is the main symptom. The rate of depression and anxiety of the guards in mixed shift system was significantly higher than that in day shift system. Men are more prone to anxiety than women, mainly mild and severe.
