摘要
舰船装备维修费用影响因素很多,直接利用现有影响因素建立维修费用预测模型,不仅参数过多计算困难,而且各因素之间相互关联,影响模型准确性。针对这一问题,提出基于灰色正交的舰船装备维修费用影响因素分析。该方法通过灰色关联度减少不确定信息和小样本数据影响,再引入正交试验,利用其在处理多因素上的优势,弥补灰色关联度在分析各因素之间相互影响上的不足,最后综合确定舰船装备维修费用主要和次要影响因素。案例分析可知,该方法有效可行,值得在工程实践中借鉴。
There are many influencing factors of warship equipment on maintenance cost,and the maintenance cost forecasting model will not be established directly by using the existing influencing factors.Not only too many parameters are difficult to calculate,but also the correlation between the factors,which affects the accuracy of the model.Aiming at this problem,the paper presents this analysis of influencing factors of warship equipment on maintenance cost based on gray orthogonal.This method reduces the influence of uncertain information and small sample data by gray relational degree,then introduces the orthogonal test,makes use of its advantage in dealing with multiple factors,and compensates the gray correlation degree in analyzing the mutual influence between each factor.To determine the major and secondary factors affecting the maintenance costs of warship equipment.According to the case analysis,the method is effective and feasible,and worth learning in engineering practice.
