城市房价、金融集聚对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应 被引量:2

Spatial Spillover Effect of Industrial Structure Upgrading from Financial Agglomeration and Urban Housing Price

摘要 基于广东省21个地级市2006—2016年的面板数据,构建邻接权重、地理距离权重和经济距离权重,运用空间杜宾模型分析城市房价、金融集聚对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应。研究发现:在三种权重下本地区金融集聚、房价对产业结构升级都有显著的促进作用,金融集聚与房价的互联互动对产业结构升级有明显的阻碍作用。本地区科技创新对产业结构升级作用不明显,本地区经济发展水平和外商直接投资水平的提高有利于产业结构升级,政府干预程度不利于本地区产业结构升级。而邻近金融集聚和房价对产业结构在邻接权重下有一定的促进作用,在地理距离权重和经济距离权重下对产业结构有阻碍作用;金融集聚与房价的交互项在邻接权重下对产业结构有阻碍作用,在地理距离权重和经济距离权重下对产业结构升级有促进作用。邻近地区科技创新水平、经济发展水平、外商直接投资和政府干预程度对产业结构升级的作用因权重不同存在差异。 Based on the panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong province from 2006 to 2016,this paper employs contiguity weight,geographical distance weight and economic distance weight to test spatial spillover effects of industrial structure upgrading from urban housing prices and financial agglomeration through the spatial Dubin model. The results show that financial agglomeration and urban housing price have a strong promotional effect on industrial structure upgrading respectly,but have a significant inhibitory effect when they interact with each other. In the area,the level of economic development and foreign direct investment have a positive effect on industrial structure upgrading,while the positive effect of technological innovation is not obvious,even the degree of government invention has a negative effect. However,neighboring financial agglomeration and urban housing price have an obstructive effect on industrial structure upgrading on contiguity weight,while show negative one on two other weights. The cross-term of financial agglomeration and house prices has an inhibitory effect on industrial structure on contiguity weight,but there is a promoting effect on two other weights. Technological innovation, economic development,foreign direct investment and government invention in nearby area have different effects on industrial structure upgrading with different weights.
