摘要
桥梁顶推技术由来已久,随着现代桥梁工程技术的进步和不断发展,该技术已趋于完善。结合湖北省荆门市某桥梁工程,对有限元法建立模型模拟钢主梁顶推过程进行研究。系统性阐述了有限元法建立模型、模拟顶推过程中各杆件受力计算等全过程,分析对比顶推过程中各工况下主梁应力、导梁各杆件受力、临时墩分配梁及滑梁内力、临时墩钢管桩受力及桩顶水平位移等数据,实时调整桥梁顶推过程参数,完成施工后对施工模拟过程进行总结和评价。
Bridge jacking technology has a long history, with the progress and continuous development of modern bridge engineering technology, the technology has tended to improve. Combining with a bridge project in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, this paper studies the Finite Element Method (FEM) modeling to simulate the pushing process of steel girder. This paper systematically expounds the whole process of establishing model by finite element method and simulating the force calculation of each member in the process of jacking, analyzes and compares the stress of main beam, the force of each member of guide beam, the internal force of temporary pier distribution beam and slide beam, the force of steel pipe pile of temporary pier and the horizontal displacement of pile top in the process of jacking, and adjusts the jacking of bridge in real time. Process parameters, after completion of construction, the construction simulation process is summarized and evaluated.
