摘要
日常数字线划图(DLG)的检验中,在依据GB/T18316-2008《数字测绘成果质量检查与验收》进行质量评定时,检查项质量评分、单位图幅要素总数确定环节会遇到一些令人疑惑的问题,本文对其进行了一些讨论分析,并提出了相应的建议,以求引起规范编制部门和广大数字测绘成果检验人员的关注。对此类问题进行完善,对提升DLG检验结果质量评定与判定的可靠性、公正性、合理性有积极的意义。
In the process of daily DLG inspection and quality assessment,according to the GB/T18316-2008 Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Digital Surveying and Mapping Results,we often encounter problems about the quality score of inspection items and the determination of the total number of elements Unit Map sheet.This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions in order to arouse the attention of department that compiles specification and inspectors.The solution of this kind of problem has positive significance for improving the reliability,fairness and rationality of DLG Quality Assessment.
