摘要
凯氏定氮法是最常用的蛋白质检测方法之一,在实际检测过程中会出现消化时间长、易起泡、易结晶等问题,本文针对这些问题提出相应的解决方法。
Kjeldahl method is one of the most common and classical methods for protein determination. The problems of long digestion time, easy foaming, easy crystallization and so on appear in the actual detection process. This paper proposes solutions to these problems,and provide reference for kjeldahl method for protein determination.
