摘要
为推进吉林省通化市葡萄酒产业的发展,本文在调研当地葡萄种植基地以及葡萄酒产业相关的企业、研究中心以及检验机构的基础上,分析了通化葡萄酒产业的优势与存在的问题,提出了推选优良葡萄品种、稳定特色酿造技术、完善质量监管体系、实施发展品牌战略、助推政策变迁动力的策略,为推动通化特色葡萄酒产业发展提供理论基础。
In order to promote the development of Tonghua wine industry in Jilin province, the advantages and problems of Tonghua wine industry was discussed based on the investigation of local grape planting base and related enterprises, research centers and inspection institutions, the strategy is that selecting excellent grape varieties, stabilizing the special brewing technology, improving the quality supervision system, implementing the brand development strategy, and boosting the power of policy change to promote the development of Tonghua special wine industry.
