摘要
简要介绍黄曲霉毒素的降解技术以及降解产物的研究进展,并对该领域进一步研究提出看法,为推动黄曲霉毒素降解应用提供参考。
The detoxification methods and degradation products of aflatoxins were briefly introduced,and the opinion of the further study in this field were put forward,in order to provide reference for the technology application in aflatoxins.
