摘要
目的:研究分析高龄高危胆结石患者的围术期患者护理效果。方法:将80例高龄高危胆结石患者作为对象,电脑随机分为干预组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组行常规护理,干预组行围术期护理,对比分析护理效果。结果:对比下床活动时间与住院时间,干预组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率为2.5%(1/40),对照组为15%(6/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为95%(38/40),对照组为82.5%(33/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄高危胆结石予以围术期护理,疗效显著,并发症少,可增加护理满意度。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of perioperative patients with senile high risk cholelithiasis.Methods:80 cases with senile high risk cholelithiasis were selected as objects and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by the computer.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the intervention group was treated with perioperative nursing.Compared and analyzed the nursing effect.Results:Compared with ambulation time and hospitalization time,intervention group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of intervention group was 2.5%(1/40),the control group was 15%(6/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of intervention group was 95%(38/40),control The group was 82.5%(33/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for senile high-risk gallstone patients is effective and has less complications.It can increase the satisfaction of nursing.
