高脂血标本对临床检验项目的干扰及消除方法 被引量:8

摘要 目的:分析和探究高脂血标本对临床检验项目的干扰及消除方法。方法:选择某院2016年7月~2017年8月在某院行临床生化检验的70例高脂血症患者(设为研究组)以及同期80例血脂正常人员(设为对照组)作为研究对象,比较两组受试人员血标本直接送检的检验结果和经乙醚提纯后送检的检验结果。结果:两组患者血液标本直接送检后,两组患者生化检验项目中的ALT、AST、Cr、TP、TB水平对比具有明显差异(P<0.05),两组患者的GGT、CK水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);经乙醚提纯后再送检,两组患者生化检验项目中的ALT、AST、Cr、TP、TB、GGT、CK水平对比均无显著差异(P>0.05);且对照组提纯前后各项生化指标对比无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组提纯前后对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血标本对临床检验项目的准确性具有一定的干扰,临床可采用乙醚对高脂血标本进行提纯再送检,将能有效降低或消除其对检验结果造成的干扰。 Objective:To analyze and explore the interference and elimination of hyperlipidemia on clinical test items.Methods:70 patients with hyperlipidemia(set as the study group)and 80 persons with normal lipids(set as the control group)in a hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled in this study.The subjects were compared between two groups of blood samples submitted directly to the test results and the test results after being purified by ether.Results:There was significant difference(P<0.05)in ALT,AST,Cr,TP and TB levels between the two groups after direct submission of the blood samples.There was no significant difference in GGT and CK between the two groups(P>0.05).After being purified by diethyl ether,the levels of ALT,AST,Cr,TP,TB,GGT and CK were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the biochemical indexes before and after the purification in the control group(P>0.05).The difference between before and after purification in the study group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperlipidemic patients have some interference with the accuracy of clinical test items.Clinically,high-fat blood samples can be purified and then sent for testing.This will effectively reduce or eliminate the interference caused by the test results.
