摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤在心梗患者支架植入术后支架再狭窄预防方面的作用。方法:选择符合纳入标准的146例进行支架植入术的心肌梗死患者为临床研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用常规西药治疗以及西药联合补阳还五汤治疗,对患者术后支架再狭窄的发病情况以及血脂、炎症因子等水平进行分析。结果:补阳还五汤联合西药治疗能够有效改善患者血脂状况及炎症因子水平,同时能够有效抑制血管平滑肌的重构。结论:补阳还五汤能够显著降低患者支架植入后支架再狭窄的发生,改善患者生存质量。
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on in-stent restenosis after stent implantation in patients with myocardial infarction(MI). Methods: 146 MI patients after stent implantation were treated with conventional western medication and western medication combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The incidence of in-stent restenosis and the level of blood lipid and inflammatory factors were analyzed. Results: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medication can effectively improve the level of blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients, and it can effectively inhibit the reconstruction of vascular smooth muscle. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medication can significantly reduce the incidence of in-stent restenosis and improve the life quality of the patients after stent implantation.
