摘要
在深入分析农业类高职教育职业精神内涵及构成要素的基础上,探讨农业类高职教育在职业精神培育方面存在的不足,进而提出充分利用思想政治理论课教学载体,培育农业类高职学生的职业精神,促进高职学生职业精神的养成,不断提高农业类高职院校人才培养质量,为企业及社会输送德技兼修的高素质职业人。
The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze the connotation and constituent elements of occupational spirit in agricultural vocational education,and to discuss the inadequacies in the cultivation of occupational spirit in agricultural higher voca.tional education,and then to make full use of the teaching carrier of ideological and political theory classes to cultivate students pro.fessional spirits.The vocational spirit of vocational students promotes the development of vocational students’ professionalism,con.tinuously improves the quality of talents in agricultural higher vocational colleges,and cultivate high-quality vocational students who are in full aspects with thoushts Knowledges and skills.
