摘要
目的观察并分析探讨服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)对人工流产患者术后恢复的临床作用。方法收集本院因意外怀孕行人工流产术的100位女性,随机分为常规组和治疗组,对于常规组的50例女性在行人工流产术后给予预防感染、促进宫缩等常规治疗,治疗组50例女性人工流产术后也同样给予预防感染、促进宫缩等常规治疗,并在此基础上予以口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)。结果治疗组和常规组女性的阴道出血时间及出血量、阴道分泌物增多的发生率、月经复潮时间、术后3周的子宫内膜修复程度均有明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于常规组,治疗组女性人工流产术后并发症发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)可以促进子宫内膜恢复,加快月经复潮,减少术后的阴道出血,减少阴道分泌物增多的发生率,减少术后并发症发生的危险性,有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)on the postoperative recovery of induced abortion.Methods A total of 100 women who underwent induced abortion due to accidental pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group and the treatment group.50 women in the conventional group were given routine treatment such as prevention of infection and promotion of uterine contraction after induced abortion.50 women in the treatment group were also given routine treatment such as prevention of infection and promotion of uterine contraction after induced abortion.on this basis,oral Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)were taken.Results The time of vaginal bleeding,the amount of bleeding,the incidence of vaginal secretion increase,the time of menstruation and the degree of endometrial repair 3 weeks after operation were significantly different between the treatment group and the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)can promote endometrial recovery,accelerate menstruation,reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding,reduce the incidence of vaginal secretion increase,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,has a good clinical effect.
