摘要 心肺运动试验(CPET)作为一种独特的运动压力测试,在负荷递增的情况下,通过呼吸、循环、神经体液、代谢等系统的共同参与,对运动应激下的一系列数据进行分析评价,深入了解心脏、肺脏和循环系统之间的相互作用与贮备能力,对疾病严重程度与疗效的评估及预后的预测具有重要意义。本文对CPET在临床心肺血管领域的应用现状和进展进行综述。 Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) is a unique exercise stress test that provides an in-depth understanding of the heart, lung and circulatory system through the integration and coordination of respiratory, circulatory, neurohumoral, metabolic and other systems with increased load. The interaction and reserve capacity are important for the severity and efficacy of the assessment and prediction of prognosis of disease. In this paper, clinical cardiopulmonary vascular field, the application of CPET status and progress are reviewed.
