摘要
听神经发育异常患者人工耳蜗植入效果个体差异较大,同时合并中耳内耳畸形及面神经畸形者较少见,可对手术造成一定困难。本文介绍1例听神经发育异常合并中耳内耳畸形及面神经畸形患者的人工耳蜗植入,通过其临床表现、听力学、影像学检查,以及手术经过,结合文献分析听力学、影像学等检查对于听神经发育异常患者的术前评估作用。
Cochlear implantation in patients with auditory nerve hypoplasia can result in variable outcomes.In rare cases,this can be complicated with middle and inner ear malformation and facial nerve aberration,causing difficulties in operation.We report cochlear implantation in a patient with auditory nerve hypoplasia,middle and inner ear malformation and facial nerve aberration.Based on clinical manifestations,audiological and imaging examinations,as well as surgical process,preoperative assessment in patients with auditory nerve hypoplasia is discussed while reviewing relevant literatures.
