摘要
以一台某型号无人机用舵电机为例,阐述了传统作圆求点制梯形槽电枢冲片法,通过对比以作圆求点法所制梯形槽与以Ansoft计算所得理想梯形槽差异,分析差异对电机槽满率、热负荷、磁密、负载效率等性能的影响。结果表明,以作圆求交点法所制梯形槽比理想梯形槽槽满率高、绕线工艺性差、电机热负荷大、电枢齿部磁密高,电机额定点负载效率低。最后,提出以作平行线求交点法制理想梯形槽电枢冲片的完善措施。
Taking a rudder motor of a certain type of UAV as an example,the traditional method of making trapezoidal slot armature stamping-circle for point method is described.The trapezoidal slot made by the circle method and the ideal trape-zoidal slot calculated by Ansoft are compared.The influence of the difference between the two on the performance of motor slot fulling factor,heat load,magnetic density and load efficiency is analyzed.Compared with the ideal trapezoidal slot,the trapezoidal slot made by circle intersection method has the advantages of high slot fulling factor,poor winding process,large thermal load,high magnetic density of armature teeth and low load efficiency at rated points.Finally,the improvement meas-ures for making trapezoidal slot armature stamping by parallel line intersection method are proposed.
