摘要 描述了一种在光热发电中使用的低成本、广角度太阳光智能跟踪系统,系统包括控制部分和传感器部分。传感器部分由粗调和精调两级光敏电阻构成,粗调阶段通过五位置的四象限光敏电阻对比实现;精调阶段通过四象限光敏电阻对比实现。控制部分由双轴传动、限位控制、手动调整、电机驱动、光感采集控制和通信构成。系统通过粗调、精调、双轴传动和闭环控制实现对太阳从日出到日落无盲区智能跟踪。系统具有跟踪精度高、反应灵敏、系统稳定、没有动作、成本低、安装、调试简单和易于维护等优点。 A low-cost and wide-angle solar intelligent tracking system for photo-thermal power generation is described.The system consists of the control part and the sensor part.The sensor part is composed of two stage photosensitive resistors-coarse tuning and fine tuning.The coarse tuning stage is achieved through the comparison of four quadrant photosensitive re-sistors in five positions,the fine tuning stage is achieved through the comparison of four quadrant photosensitive resistors.The control part is made up of double shaft driving,limit control,manual adjustment,motor driving,light sensation acquisi-tion control and communication.The system realizes intelligent tracking for the sun from sunrise to sunset without blind area through coarse tuning,fine tuning,double shaft driving and closed loop control.The system has the following advantages:high tracking accuracy,sensitive response,stable system,no action,low cost,easy installation and debugging,and easy main-tenance.
