摘要
BIM等新技术在工程建设领域的应用对工程管理人才培养提出了新需求,"新工科"的建设即在传统工科的基础上,适应新经济,加入新理念、新模式和新技术。文章借鉴"新工科"的概念和内涵,在大连民族大学设立BIM人才培养试验区,以校企合作建立的教育平台为支撑,通过重构课程体系、更新教学内容、改革教学方法、注重过程评价等方式,探索了适应工程建设领域新形势的工程管理人才培养路径。从运行一年多的效果来看,试验区的学生对BIM等新技术应用能力和综合工程实践能力较强,就业效果较好。
The application of BIM and other new technologies in the field of engineering construction puts forward a new demand for the talents training of engineering management.The"New Engineering Discipline"adapts to the new economy,and adds new ideas,new models and new technologies based on the traditional engineering subject.According to the concept and connotation of"New Engineering Discipline",this paper sets up the BIM talent training area in Dalian Minzu University.The talent training area is supported by the educational platform established by the cooperation of the university and the enterprise.In this area,this paper explores the path of engineering management talents training adapting to the new situation of engineering construction by reconstructing the course system,renewing the teaching content and reforming the teaching method,paying attention to the process evaluation.From studying in the BIM talent training area for more than one year,it is observed that the students have strong ability of applying BIM and comprehensive engineering practice,and have better employment.
