摘要
在社会转型期,基层人民法院在化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定中的作用日渐凸显,但是有限的司法资源与无限的当事人纠纷之间,仍然存在着不可调和的冲突与矛盾。依托基层人民法院司法审判、司法监督、司法指引、司法整合等功能,发挥基层人民法院在解决纠纷、促进依法行政、引导社会行为、推进协同治理方面的重要作用,积极探索基层人民法院参与社会治理的路径,对推进社会治理法治化具有极其重要的意义。
The role of the grassroots people’s courts in resolving social contradictions and maintaining social stability has become increasingly prominent in the social transition period,but there are still irreconcilable conflicts and contradictions between limited judicial resources and infinite party disputes.Relying on the functions of judicial trial,judicial supervision,judicial guidance,judicial integration,etc.of the grassroots people’s courts,to play the important role of grassroots people’s courts in resolving disputes,promoting administration according to law,guiding social behaviors and promoting coordinated governance,actively exploring how grassroots people’s courts participate in social governance is extremely important for advancing the rule of law in social governance.
