摘要
习近平总书记在十九大报告中进一步强调,要"打造新时代共建共治共享的社会治理格局","提高社会治理社会化、法治化、智能化、专业化水平"。"社会化"就是广泛动员全体社会成员,激发出强大的社会参与和自主能动力量。新时代公安机关要加强与人民群众的联系,以现代警务理念为引领,提升社会治安综合治理能力,警察公共关系建设比以往任何时期更为重要。因此,应当明晰新时期公安警察公共关系建设的思路与理念,探索打造共建共治共享警务工作新格局,以更好地服务于公安工作实践。
General Secretary Xi Jinping further emphasized in the report of the 19th National Congress that it is necessary to“build a social governance structure of co-construction,co-governance and sharing in the new era”and“improve the socialization,rule of law,intelligence and specialization of social governance.”“Socialization”is to mobilize all members of society and stimulate strong social participation and autonomy.In the new era,public security organs should strengthen their ties with the people,take the modern policing concept as a guide and enhance the comprehensive management ability of public security,so the construction of police public relations is more important than ever before.Therefore,we should clarify the ideas and concepts of the construction of police public relations in the new era,and explore to build a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing police service to better serve public security practices.
