摘要
运用辉光放电质谱法(GD-MS)检测高纯锡中Ag、Al、Ca、Cu、Fe等15种痕量杂质元素的含量。通过实验获得了仪器工作最佳设置;总结出合适的样品预处理流程;分析了可能引入的干扰元素以及消除其干扰的方法;讨论了检测过程中可能存在的干扰待测元素的同位素质谱线,以此得出最佳待测元素分析同位素质谱线以及合适的分辨率模式;使用Element-GD型辉光放电质谱仪对高纯锡产品样品进行了检测,统计了检测精密度,并将检测结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的分析结果进行了比对,其准确性可靠。
The content of Ag,Al,Ca,Cu,Fe and the other 10 trace impurity elements in high purity tin shall be detected by glow-discharge mass spectrometry (GD-MS). The best settings for instrument operation are obtained through tests; the proper pretreatment flow of samples are summarized; the possible inductive interference elements and the interference elimination methods are analyzed,the isotope mass line of the possible interference determining elements in the detection procedure is discussed,so that the optimal analyzed isotope mass line for determining elements and the proper resolution mode can be obtained. The high purity tin product sample is detected by Element-GD glow-discharge mass spectrometry,the detection accuracy is counted,and the detection result is compared to the analysis results by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method (ICP-MS),the accuracy is reliable.
