摘要
通过对1150中段1#盘区最后一分层回采过程现场调查控制,在确保兼顾本分层正常回采的同时,对1138分段首采分层由于冒顶等原因无法回采矿体进行回收,采用集中拉底的方式,采取大多打帮眼,减少每个炮孔的装药量,防止进路两帮垮帮,并对拉底过程中所遇到的一些问题,如拉底后进路充填量增加、板墙强度等问题进行现场解决,板墙砌筑厚度由400 mm增加到800 mm。保证了集中拉底进路的正常充填,也增加了进路的出矿量。
The field investigation control for the extracting process of the last stratification of 1# panel in 1150 middle section, the ore body in 1138 section shall be recovered,which cannot be recovered due to roof failure in the case of ensuring the normal extraction of the last stratification,the centralized undercutting way and boring blastholes is mainly adopted,so that the charge amount of each blast hole is decreased,which can prevent collapse of the two sides of access road,and it can solve some on-site problems in the process of undercutting, such as the increased filling amount of access road after undercutting,the strength of siding wall and so on,the lining thickness of siding wall is increased from 400mm to 800mm. The normal filling of centralized undercutting access road can be guaranteed,the ore drawing of access road is also increased.
