摘要
区域经济一体化与协调发展是通过要素的跨地区自由流动与有机整合,实现地区间的优势互补与分工协作,从而达到各地区经济的联动协同发展以及区域经济整体增长的机制。推进国内区域一体化与协调发展是中国全面融入世界经济一体化进程以及经济新常态下深化市场化体制改革和深入实施区域统筹协调发展总体战略的客观需要。文章首先探讨了新时期国内区域一体化与协调发展的必然性,然后分析了目前国内区域一体化与协调发展存在的现实制约因素,最后在此基础上提出了推进我国区域一体化与协调发展的战略选择。
Regional economic integration and coordinated development is the mechanism which is to achieve complementary advantages and division of labor and cooperation among regions,so as to achieve the coordinated development and the overall growth of regional economy through regional free flow and organic integration of the elements.Promoting regional integration and coordinated development is the objective requirement of China's overall integration into the process of world economic integration,deepening the reform of the market system and implementing the overall strategy of regional coordinated development under the new normal state of the economy.The article discusses the inevitability of regional integration and coordinated development in the new period firstly,and then analyzes the current constraints of the domestic regional integration and coordinated development,and on the basis of this,puts forward the strategic choice to promote regional integration and coordinated development.
