摘要
工科高校大学生的创新创业能力是推动科技创新和经济发展的关键。通过以"新工科"为背景,分析了当前创新创业教育的发展情况,阐明了创新创业教育基本理念,并探索工科院校创新创业人才培养的新模式。针对创新创业人才需要,在创新创业教育的管理机制、师资队伍和课程体系建设、产学研实践基地建设、创新创业教育评估等方面进行了分析,为地方应用型工科高校创新创业人才培养提出了建议。
Improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of engineering college students is the key to promoting scientific and technological innovation and economic development.Based on the background of“new engineering”,this paper analyzes the current development situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,expounds the basic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and explores the new mode of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in engineering colleges.Aiming at the needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,this paper analyzes the management mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial education,the construction of teaching staff and curriculum system,the construction of practice base of industry,education and research,and the evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial education,and puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local applicationoriented engineering colleges and universities.
