摘要
分析了目前常用的3种压力容器大开孔计算方法原理,包括压力面积法、GB/T150. 3-2011的分析法及ASME2013版第Ⅷ卷第一册强制性附录1-7的方法,从机理上解释了压力面积法不宜用于应力腐蚀条件下的原因。通过对应力计算方法和结果的对比分析,指出了ASME方法计算等效应力时存在误差的原因,认为GB/T150. 3-2011中的分析法更适合用于应力腐蚀环境下的大开孔补强计算,并指出了应力腐蚀环境下使用GB/T150分析法计算大开孔补强时,在确定限制等效薄膜应力所用安全系数时应该注意的问题。
Three commonly used methods for calculating large openings in pressure vessels were analyzed,including the pressure area method,GB/T150.3-2011 method and method described in ASME 2013 Volume VIII Issue I Mandatory Appendix 1-7.The mechanistic reason forwhy pressure area method was unsuited for stress corrosion was provided.Comparative analysis of stress calculation methods and results revealed the reason for errors in calculating equivalent stress by the ASME method.The GB/T150.3-2011 method was considered a better choice when calculating the reinforcement of large openings in stress corrosion environment.In addition,a few issuesregarding the safety margin used to restrictthe equivalent film stressshould be noticedwhenusing the GB/T150method to calculateopening reinforcement.
