摘要 农民合作社作为新型农业经营主体是实现乡村振兴的重要力量,近年北京农民合作社依托其大都市的区位优势得以快速发展,其未来经营可从北京市市场的消费特点出发。探索通过替代性食物体系的实践建立农民合作社与消费者的直接联系,立足资源优势发展特色产业,生产绿色安全健康农产品对接北京高端消费市场;提出实施打造合作社品牌、注重口碑效益,发展农业多功能、延伸产业链,"互联网+"创新营销方式,发展联合社等策略,以保障农民合作社的可持续性发展,使其成为北京乡村振兴的发力点。 As a new agricultural mangement subject,farmer cooperative is an important force to realize rural revitalization.Recently,Beijing's farmer cooperatives have developed rapidly based on the geographical advantages of its metropolitan location,and their future operations can be based on the consumption characteristics of the Beijing's market.We could explore the direct connection between farmer cooperative and consumers through the practice of alternative food system and develop characteristic industries based on resource advantages,so as to produce green,safe and healthy agricultural products to connect to Beijing's high-end consumer market.Finally,the author put forward some strategies to ensure the sustainable development of farmer cooperatives and make it become the force point for the rural revitalization in Beijing,such as building the brand of farmer cooperative,paying attention to word-of-mouth benefit,developing agricultural multifunction,extending industrial chain,using Internet Plus innovative marketing mode,developing joint agency and so on.
