摘要
尽管中国大学生体育协会和各大高校在大型体育赛事经营上存在不少现实问题,但通过基于PEST模型的高校体育赛事市场化发展分析,依然能够看到高校院校在体育赛事市场化经营发展中存在巨大的优势和机会。为此,文章从确立FUSC领导地位,丰富赛事组织活动;规范运营流程,提升赛事活动的组织质量;引入市场机制,优化体育赛事的运作模式;充分利用高校体育资源。
Although the Chinese University Sports Association and major universities have many practical problems in the operation of large-scale sports events,through the analysis of the market-based development of higher vocational sports events based on the PEST model,it is still possible to see the higher vocational colleges in the sports event market.There are huge advantages and opportunities in the development of chemical business.To this end,the article from the establishment of FUSC leadership position,enrich the event organization activities;standardize the operational process,improve the organization quality of event activities;introduce market mechanisms to optimize the operation mode of sports events;make full use of college sports resources,create four aspects of the event brand Optimization Strategy for the Operation of Higher Vocational Sports Events
