摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对中学大课间体育活动开展现状进行调查分析,研究结果表明:周口市中学生大课间体育活动开展的不是很理想,与学校场地设施,学校各级领导的重视有密切的关系,管理组织的不完善等。根据这些原因并提出以下建议:加强各级领导重视程度,引进相关人才并完善场地器材设施;开展多样化的课间活动,引起其学生体育锻炼的动机。为周口市中学生大课间体育活动的开展提供有利帮助。
This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematic statistic methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of bog break sport activities among middle school student.Results show that:the activities are not carried out ideally due to poor facilities,in sufficient attention from school leaders and incomplete management and organization.The following suggestions are offered:enhance attention from leaders,bring in talented talents,and complete fields and facilities;develop various kinds of activities to arise students'interests.The aim is to provide help for the development of big break sport activities in Zhoukou middle schools.
