从运动损伤角度谈中学羽毛球教学方法 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过实地考察、资料分析和逻辑分析等方法,从降低运动损伤的角度出发,在充分运用运动解剖学、运动生理学、生力学的基础上,探讨中学羽毛球教学方法。从中学羽毛球运动中常见的运动损伤,当前中学羽毛球教学方法设计的主要依据,羽毛球教学设计存在的主要健康问题以及羽毛球教学设计存在的主要健康问题这四个方面来进行探讨。提出掌握正确的运动技术、用动作回忆代替局部练习、加强羽毛球专项身体素质训练、加强运动中或运动后的恢复措施的方法。目的是为了降低中学羽毛球教学中运动损伤的发生,以期促进校园羽毛球的健康发展。 Through field investigation,data analysis and logical analysis and other methods,starting from the point of sports injury decrease,making full use of sports anatomy,exercise physiology and biological mechanics,the methods of badminton teaching in middle schools are studied.Discussions are made on middle school badminton common sports injury,the main basis of current middle school badminton teaching design method,the main healthy problems existed in teaching of badminton and badminton teaching design.The countermeasures are provided as follows:mastering the correct motion skills,using action memory instead of part practice,strengthening badminton special fitness training,as well as strengthening rehabilitation measures.The purpose is to reduce the occurrence of sports injury in high school badminton teaching,in order to promote the healthy development of campus badminton.
