摘要
目的:探析女性性工作者的社会关系网络特征。方法:采用伙伴报告法收集并分析陕西省西安市两个性服务场所中的66名女性性工作者的社会关系网络数据。结果:调查对象共汇报了308个同伴,男女各占50. 00%,年龄集中在20岁～30岁(71. 75%),社会交往对象以朋友为主(50. 50%),不同类型的社会支持在网络成员的性别和性关系情况上差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),男性成员主要提供了物质帮助(34. 21%),女性成员提供了情感交流(31. 58%)和生活照料(28. 29%)。与女性性工作者发生过性关系的网络成员主要为女性性工作者提供了物质帮助(50. 00%)。结论:女性性工作者社会关系网络具有同质性和以"友关系"为主的特征。社会关系网络中的男性及与性伴成员是女性性工作者获取物质帮助的重要来源。
Objective:To explore the social network characteristics of female sex workers.Methods:Partner notification method was applied to collect and analyze the social network data of 66 female sex workers in two entertainment establishments in Xi′an.Results:Of the 308 social network members,both genders were about equally represented,with the majority(71.75%)aged at 20-30 years old.Half of them(50.50%)were friends of respondents.Different types of social support were significantly associated with gender and sexual relationship(P<0.05):male members mainly provided tangible support(34.21%)and female members were main resource of emotional support(31.58%)and daily care(28.29%).Most sex partners helped female sex worker by providing tangible support(50.00%).Conclusions:The social network of female sex worker is of universal and friendship-based characteristics.Male and sex partners provide important tangible support resources for female sex workers.
