摘要
目的:比较计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)时去除和未去除显微镜视野中杂质的2种浓度计数方法检测含有杂质精液的准确性。方法:对含有杂质的(杂质数为3个~10个/20倍显微镜视野) 90例精液标本,按照世界卫生组织(WHO)标准操作程序手工计数精子浓度。按照精子浓度将精液分为三组:低浓度组<20×106/ml组,中浓度组20~50×106/ml组,高浓度组> 50~100×106/ml。分别采用穗加CASA分析时去除杂质和未去除杂质的方法检测三组精液,对检测结果采用SPSS 19. 0软件进行统计分析处理,比较2种方法检测精子浓度与手工计数法的差异。结果:比较CASA采用2种方法与手工法计数精子浓度的结果显示,在3个不同浓度组中,未去除杂质方法和手工法精子浓度结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),去除杂质方法和手工法精子浓度结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:使用计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)对不同浓度含有杂质精液进行分析时,去除显微镜视野中杂质的方法与手工计数精子浓度的方法结果相似。
Objective:To compare the accuracy of the methods for counting sperm concentration with or without remove of impurities in microscope field during computer assisted sperm analysis(CASA).Methods:The sperm concentration of a total of 90 samples of semen with impurities(3-10 impurities/20X microscope filed)were counted according to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard operating procedure.All samples were evenly divided into three groups:low concentration group<20×10^6/ml,middle concentration group 20~50×10^6/ml,high concentration group<20×10^6/ml.All samples of three groups were detected by the SUIJIA CASA with or without remove of impurities and the statistical analysis of the results was performed by SPSS 19.0 software to compare the difference between these two methods to count sperm concentration with manual counting.Results:There were statistically significant differences in sperm concentration between the method without remove of impurities and manual counting with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)and there was no statistically significant difference in sperm concentration between the method with remove of impurities and manual counting(P>0.05).Conclusions:When using CASA analyzing sperm concentration with impurities,the result of sperm concentration with remove of impurities in microscope filed is similar to that of manual counting method.
