摘要
高校教师的流失可以分为显性和隐性两种,其中隐性流失的弊端更大。本文主要分析了高校人才隐性流失的原因,带来的不良后果是多方面的。应采取构建有效的发展战略,制定长远的人力资源战略等措施,解决高校教师隐性流失问题。
There are two types of talent loss,among which the hidden loss of talents is harmful to higher education. This paper analyzes the reasons of talents loss in colleges and universities,and puts forward that it is necessary to construct effective development strategy and draw long-term human resource strategy to solve the problem of recessive loss of talented person in colleges and universities.
