摘要
基于2015年7月至2018年6月南京市燃煤电厂典型机组二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘在线监测排放量、实际发电量及供热量等基础数据及污染控制技术,建立了主要大气污染物排放强度计算方法,利用该方法计算了近3年55MW、300MW、600MW、1030MW等4种规模机组的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘排放强度,并开展了相关分析研究。结果表明:南京市主要燃煤发电机组二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘的排放强度逐年降低,且明显低于《火电行业排污许可证申请与核发技术规范》中的绩效值。二氧化硫排放强度随着机组规模的增大而减小,1030WM与600MW相比排放强度下降幅度最大,近3年最高下降幅度达到49%。烟尘排放强度随着机组规模增大而减小,机组规模600WM以上烟尘排放强度下降幅度巨大,1030WM与600MW相比近3年最高降幅达到67%。
Based on the basic data and pollution control technology of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,smoke and dust on-line monitoring emission,actual power generation and heat supply of typical units in Nanjing coal-fired power plant from July 2015 to June 2018,The calculation method of emission intensity of main air pollutants was established.The emission intensity of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and smoke and dust from four types of units in recent three years was calculated by using this method,including 55MW,300MW,600MW and 1030MW.The results show that the emission intensity of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and soot of main coal-fired generating units in Nanjing decreases year by year,and is significantly lower than the performance value of"Technical specification for application and approval of discharge permit in thermal power industry".The emission intensity of SO2 decreases with the increase of unit scale.Compared with 600MW,the emission intensity of 1030WM decreases the most,with the highest decrease rate of 49%in recent three years.The intensity of smoke and dust emission decreases with the increase of the unit scale.The intensity of smoke and dust emission decreases enormously when the unit scale is over 600WM.Compared with 600MW,1030WM has the highest decrease of 67%in recent three years.
