摘要
目的:对地衣芽孢杆菌(Baclicus lincheniformis)LS-1的发酵条件进行优化,以提高发酵液中蛋白酶的产量。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,分析培养基pH、接种量、培养温度、培养时间对其产酶能力的影响,对发酵条件进行优化。结果:地衣芽孢杆菌LS-1在接种量4%,培养基初始pH12,培养温度40℃,培养时间48h时酶活最高,为307.3U/mL。
Objective:The fermentation conditions were optimized for improve protease yield of strain LS-1(Baclicus lincheniformis).Methods:Strain LS-1 was used as the starting strain,and single factor test was performed from four aspects including medium pH,inoculating quantity,culture temperature and culture time to explore its fermenting conditions,then orthogonal experimengts were carried out to optimize its fermenting conditions.Results:The best fermenting conditions were summed up as follows:the inoculation quantity was 4%,medium pH was 12,culture temperature was at 40℃,and culture time was 48h.Under optimized conditions,the protease activity was up to 307.3U/mL.
