摘要
目的探析护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者自然分娩成功率及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2017年10月我院收治的124例妊娠高血压综合征患者为主要对象,随机分为两组,每组62例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施护理干预,对两组患者的分娩方式、负面情绪改善情况及生活质量等进行比较。结果观察组自然分娩率为72.58%,高于对照组的48.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠高血压综合征患者实施护理干预,可提高自然分娩成功率,缓解患者的负面情绪,改善其生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the success rate of natural delivery and quality of life in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods124cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from January2016to October2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups,62cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention.The delivery mode,the improvement of negative emotion and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was72.58%,obviously higher than48.39%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and the SDS score of the observation group were obviously superior to the control group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the scores of the quality of life of the patients in the observation group were all obvious Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy induced hypertension can improve the success rate of natural childbirth,alleviate the negative emotion of the patients and improve the quality of life.It is worth popularizing.
