摘要
随着我国固体矿产开发的深度加大,井筒需要与之配合的深度也在不断的增加,井深合理才是提升固体矿产的价值以及长期运作较低成本的必要手段,但是随着井筒直径的不断扩大,矿井的通风问题、运输问题等生产性问题以及安全问题被提上了日程。井筒的加深,直径的扩大会使得施工技术以及装备的效率下降,一定程度上限制了深立井技术的进一步发展。传统意义上的立井设备不足以满足现代深立井条件,这会造成施工进度的不合理以及效益无法最大化,因此,超大直径深立井技术以及装备的发展是目前急需解决的问题之一。
With the deepening of coal development in China,the depth of wellbore need to cooperate with it is also increasing.Reasonable depth of wellbore is the necessary means to enhance the value of coal and lower cost of longterm operation.However,with the continuous expansion of the diameter of wellbore,the problems of mine ventilation,transportation and other productive problems as well as Security issues have been put on the agenda.The deepening of the shaft and the enlargement of the diameter make the efficiency of the construction technology and equipment decrease,which limits the further development of the deep shaft technology to a certain extent.Traditional vertical well equipment is not enough to meet the conditions of modern deep shaft,which will result in unreasonable construction schedule and the maximum benefit.Therefore,the development of ultra-large diameter deep shaft technology and equipment is one of the urgent problems to be solved.
