摘要
轮式凿岩台车在金属矿山及工程隧道施工中,因其良好的经济及社会效益得到了广泛的应用。凿岩台车驻车性能的优劣,直接决定了台车性能及施工作业的安全性,尤其是大吨位、需要在坡道上工作的凿岩台车,其驻车制动性能的好坏,关乎人身及财产安全。本文对轮式凿岩台车驻车系统在试车时碰到的具体问题,进行了研究分析,通过对比几种驻车系统的优缺点,并经过选型计算,提出了具体解决方案。
Wheeled rock drilling trolley has been widely used in metal mines and engineering tunnels because of its good economic and social benefits.The parking performance of rock drilling trolley directly determines the performance of trolley and the safety of construction work,especially the large-tonnage rock drilling trolley which needs to work on the slope.The parking braking performance of rock drilling trolley is good or bad,which is related to personal and property safety.In this paper,the specific problems encountered in the parking system of wheeled rock drilling trolley during the test run are studied and analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several parking systems,and through type selection calculation,specific solutions are put forward.
