摘要
多层尼龙燃油管的结构主要通过采用特殊阻隔层与聚酸胺材料等通过共挤加工工艺获得。文中对比了在恒定烤火量的条件下,不同的牵引速度对多层尼龙管产品性能的影响;对比了在恒定牵引速度的条件下,不同的烤火量对尼龙管产品性能的影响。结果表明:当牵引速度为25 m/min时,烤火量在60%~65%之间时,尼龙管路力学性能最佳;当牵引速度为30 m/min时,烤火量在65%~70%之间时,尼龙管路力学性能最佳。
The structure of multi-layer nylon fuel pipe was mainly obtained by co-extrusion process using special barrier layer and polyamide material.The effects of different traction speeds on the properties of multi-layer nylon tubes under constant baking rate were compared.Under the condition of constant traction speed,the effects of different baking rates on the properties of nylon pipe products were compared.The results showed that when the traction speed was 25 m/min,the mechanical properties of nylon pipeline were the best when the baking rate was 60%~65%,and when the traction speed was 30 m/min,the mechanical properties of nylon pipeline were the best when the baking rate was 65%~70%.
