摘要
渤海C油田以底水稠油油藏为主,采用水平井开发,油井投产后由于含水上升迅速,产量递减快,后期主要通过不断提液实现稳产。提液分为提频和换泵两个途径,由于油井产液能力随含水率上升而不断增大,因此换泵提液涉及配置电泵排量大小和维持生产周期的问题。对此,以渤海C油田为例,根据油田特点优选合适的水驱曲线,通过历史生产数据拟合建立油井水驱模型,结合油田实际采液指数曲线,建立时间与含水率和产液能力的关系曲线,据此可知油井阶段产液能力,进而确定油井各生产阶段换泵提液配置电泵大小和维持生产周期,同时对比预测油井阶段提液的增油效果,从而指导底水稠油油藏提液措施研究。
Bohai C oilfield is charactered with edge bottom oil and heavy oil,developed with horizontal well,Due to this,the water cut of oil well break through quickly,Production decline is fast,in the later stage,the stable yield is achieved mainly through the extraction of liquid.There are two ways to enhance the liquid extraction:improve the frequency and change the pump.Because of the oil production capacity increases with the increase of water cut,changing the pump involves the configuration of the pump size and production cycle,For that,this paper takes Bohai C oilfield as an example,according to the characteristics of oil field,suitable water flooding curve is selected,based on the historical production data,the model of the water flooding curve of the well is established.Combining with the actual production fluid index curve of oil field,the relation curve between time and water cut and the liquid producing capacity of the oil well is established,It provides the basis for optimizing and configuring the size of the pump and the production cycle,at the same time,the oil in creasing effect is predicted.
