摘要
针对半程固井中常用的盲板,在施工结束后需下入小钻具将盲板内部结构钻除的问题,研制了一种在半程固井作业中无需下入小钻具钻除其内部结构,同时还能作漂浮接箍使用,完成长水平段水平井、大位移井漂浮下套管作业的多功能免钻盲板。室内及现场试验表明,这种多功能免钻盲板使用方便,性能可靠,所有试验数据与理论设计数据基本吻合,可缩短建井周期和节约钻井成本。
Aiming at drilling the inner structure of the blind plate used in half cementing after the end of the construction,a multifunctional drilling free blind plate is developed,which does not need drill its internal structure in the half cementing operation,and can also be used as a floating coupling to complete the operation of the casing in the horizontal well with long horizontal section and the extended reach well.The indoor and field tests show that the multifunctional drilling free blind plate is convenient and reliable.All the experimental data are basically consistent with the theoretical design data,which can save drilling cost and shorten the period of well construction.
