摘要
目的完善助孕丸质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对助孕丸中熟地黄、赤芍、白芍、当归、川芎进行定性鉴别;HPLC法测定助孕丸中芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为:InertSustain C18(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相是乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13:87),流速为1 ml/min。检验波长为230 nm。结果建立的熟地黄、赤芍、白芍、当归、川芎TLC鉴别方法中斑点清晰且阴性对照无干扰。芍药苷在进样量1.060～5.300μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为100.75%,RSD为0.72%。结论建立的方法定性专属性强,定量准确度高,适用于助孕丸的质量控制。
Objective To improve the quality standard of zhuyun pills.Methods The natures of radix rehmanniae praeparata,radix paeoniae rubrathe,radix paeoniae alba,angelica sinensis and ligusticum chuanxiong hort were detected by thin layer chromatography(TLC);the content of paeoniflorin were measured by HPLC.The chromatographic column was InertSustain C18(5μm,4.6×250 mm),the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(13:87)as mobile phase and the flow rate is 1 ml/min.The detection wavelength is 230 nm.Results The results showed that the TLC spots of radix rehmanniae praeparata,radix paeoniae rubrathe,radix paeoniae alba,angelica sinensis and ligusticum chuanxiong hort were fairly clear,and the according blank test showed no interference.Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1.060~5.300μg(r=0.999 9,n=5)with an average recovery of 100.75%,the RSD was 0.72%.Conclusion The established method has strong qualitative specificity and high quantitative accuracy,and is suitable for the quality control of zhuyun pills.
