摘要
目的探讨替格瑞洛在冠心病心梗后心肌缺血治疗中的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年4月—2018年3月的60例冠心病心梗后心肌缺血患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用口服氯吡格雷进行治疗,治疗组采用口服替格瑞洛进行治疗,观察两组患者相关临床指标的改善情况及治疗疗效。结果两组患者相关临床指标数据之间进行比较,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;对照组总有效率为70.0%;治疗组总有效率是93.3%,两组患者治疗疗效差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论经替格瑞洛在冠心病心梗后心肌缺血的治疗后临床治疗过程中能提高患者的临床治疗效果,并有效改善患者的相关临床指标,在冠心病心梗后心肌缺血治疗中使用替格瑞洛的临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ticagrelor in the treatment of myocardial ischemia after coronary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with myocardial ischemia after coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral clopidogrel,the treatment group was treated with oral ticagrelor,and the improvement of clinical indicators and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the data of related clinical indicators,P<0.05;the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ticagrelor can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the related clinical indicators of patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia after myocardial infarction.Ticagrelor is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia after myocardial infarction.
