摘要
目的分析评价我区艾滋病示范区人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)筛查项目数据质量,进而来对新发感染率和HIV阳性率进行准确预测。方法于2017年1—12月在福建省泉州市洛江区抽取5 465例居民,开展健康体检和问卷调查,从数据准确性、录入及时性、数据完整性以及样本代表性等方面来对数据质量进行评价。结果在年龄构成方面,不管是分性别人群还是全人群,项目区人口普查户籍人口与调查样本两者相似;本次调查的人次缺失率为17.64%(944/5 352),整体完整率为82.36%(4 408/5 352);有艾滋病既往史但是HIV筛查结果显示为"阴性"的逻辑错误率为6.35%(4/63);在自填的"性别"与身份证号推测的"性别"方面,两者不一致率为0.21%(11/5 352);于数据录入日期相比较,体检日期的逻辑错误率为1.80%(96/5 352);整体正确录入5 072例,开始体检到录入数据的时间间隔为0～365天;时间间隔≥90天的共51例,占比为1.01%(51/5 072)。结论洛江区艾滋病示范区的样本人群代表性比较理想,但是在录入及时性、调查数据准确性以及完整性方面却并不理想,需要进一步提升。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the data quality of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)screening project in the AIDS demonstration area of our district,and then to accurately predict the new infection rate and HIV positive rate.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,5 465 residents were selected in Luojiang district,Quanzhou city,Fujian province,to conduct health checkups and questionnaires,and to evaluate data quality in terms of data accuracy,timeliness of entry,data integrity,and sample representation.Results In terms of composition,whether it is gender-specific or the whole population,the census population of the project area is similar to the survey sample;the number of births in this survey is 17.64%(944/5 352),and the overall completion rate is 82.36%(4 408/5 352);there is a history of AIDS but the HIV screening results show"negative"with a logic error rate of 6.35%(4/63);self-filled"gender"In terms of"gender"inferred from the ID number,the inconsistency rate is 0.21%(11/5 352);compared with the data entry date,the logical error rate of the medical examination date is 1.80%(96/5 352);the overall correct entry of 5 072 cases,the time interval from the start of the body to the input data is 0~365 days;51 cases with a time interval of≥90 days,accounting for 1.01%(51/5 072).Conclusion The representative population of the AIDS demonstration area in Luojiang district is ideal,but it is not ideal in terms of timeliness of entry,accuracy and completeness of survey data,and needs to be further improved.
