摘要
针对薄壁船形车篮侧壁和底部多孔的结构特点,采用滑块侧抽芯解决塑件脱出难的问题。在结构数据化分析的基础上,运用Pro/E软件进行分模和结构设计,计算了冷却水路条数和抽芯滑块的运动过程,同时综合设计了模具的型芯型腔、侧抽芯机构、滑块结构、冷却系统。经过生产实践证明,模具工作稳定,塑件质量满足使用要求。
According to the characteristics of porous structure of the side wall and the bottom of the thin-wall boat-shaped car basket,the sliding block side core-pulling is adopted to solve the problem of difficult release of plastic parts.On the basis of the data analysis of the structure,Pro/E software was used for mold parting and structural design,and the movement process of core-pulling slide block and number of cooling water track were calculated.Meanwhile,the mold core cavity,side core-pulling mechanism,sliding-block structure,and cooling system were designed comprehensively.Production practice has proved that the mold works stably and the quality of the plastic parts meets the requirements.
