双色扁长塑件在注塑过程的变形控制 被引量:5

摘要 以典型的双色扁长塑件,汽车高位制动灯灯罩为研究目标,使用中心复合实验(CCD)方法建立产品翘曲值、第二色体积收缩率与注塑参数之间的关系模型,通过Design Expert软件的优化模块得到最优的注塑参数组合,结果表明:当第二色材料为ABS时,产品的变形最小。以ABS为第二色材料,将最优参数运用在注塑过程中,最终得到了翘曲变形极小,精度较高的产品。 Taking the typical two-color flat long plastic parts such as the high-position brake light cover of the car as the research target,the central composite experiment(CCD)method was used to establish the relationship model between the product warpage value,the second color volume shrinkage rate and the injection molding parameters.The optimal injection molding parameter combination was obtained through the Design Expert optimization module and the results show that when the second color material is ABS,the deformation of the product is minimal.ABS is used as the second color material,and the optimal parameters are applied in the injection molding process,and finally the product with extremely small warpage deformation and high precision is obtained.
