鼻渊舒口服液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻腔表皮葡萄球菌细菌生物膜形成的影响 被引量:9

The influence of Biyuanshu oral liquid on the bacterial biofilm formation of the nasal epidermal staphylococcal bacteria in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis

摘要 目的探讨鼻渊舒口服液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者表皮葡萄球菌细菌生物膜形成及其调控因子的影响。方法采集72名CRS患者及20名正常人窦口鼻道复合体处分泌物,鉴定并分离鼻腔优势菌种表皮葡萄球菌,比较鼻渊舒口服液治疗CRS前后表皮葡萄球菌细菌生物膜形成情况。同时,BB170法检测细菌生物膜种间信号AI-2活性变化,RT-PCR法分析治疗前后luxS转录水平情况。结果正常人及CRS患者治疗前后鼻腔优势菌种均以表皮葡萄球菌为主。正常人鼻腔表皮葡萄球菌细菌生物膜形成率为33%,CRS患者为73%,治疗后患者鼻腔优势表皮葡萄球菌细菌生物膜形成率为41%;治疗后细菌生物膜信号AI-2活性降低,持续时间短;治疗后比治疗前luxS转录水平降低。结论鼻渊舒口服液通过降低luxS转录水平及AI-2活性等多种途径,降低细菌生物膜形成,改善CRS患者鼻腔微环境。 Objective To explore the influence of Biyuanshu oral liquid on the formation of epidermal staphylococcus bacterial biofilm and important regulatory factors in the sinus nasal tract complex of sinusitis patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in sichuan and chongqing areas.Methods To collect 72 patients and 20 normal sinus nasal passages complex for nasal mucosa secretion in species identification and advantages separation by staphylococcus epidermidis and compare the nose deep sigh of oral liquid before and after the treatment of bacterial biofilm formation by staphylococcus epidermidis,at the same time detect the change of AI-2 activity in interspecies signal of bacterial biofilm and luxS transcript levels of bacterial biofilm formation before and after treatment.Results Normal and chronic nasal sinusitis patients before and after the treatment of nasal superiority strains are mainly epidermis staphylococcus,normal nasal epidermis staphylococcus bacteria biofilm formation rate was 33%.The former patients nasal bacterial biofilm formation rate was73%,after treatment in patients with nasal advantage epidermis staphylococcus bacteria biofilm formation rate is41%.After treatment,the AI-2 activityt of bacterial biofilm decreased and lasted for a short time.After treatment,luxS transcription level was lower than before treatment.Conclusion Biyuanshu oral liquid can improve the nasal microenvironment of patients with CRS,reduce the transcription level of luxS and the activity of AI-2,weaken the signal transmission between bacteria,and reduce the formation of bacterial biofilm.
