靠船设施加固改造工程关键技术探讨

摘要 为解决水运码头因靠船构件长期磨损而失效导致靠港船舶撞击码头混凝土结构引发结构破坏的问题。本文以兴华港区三期码头加固改造项目为实例,分析总结了靠船设施加固改造工程中的特征和难点,最终确定拆除破损靠船构件,采用后锚固技术重新钻孔植筋,粘贴碳纤维布,安装新护舷的技术方案,对码头靠船设施进行加固补强。靠泊力复核验算表明:加固改造后靠船设施满足船舶停靠需求,混凝土主体结构可靠完整,使用寿命周期大大延长。 In order to solve the failure of berth structure caused by the collision of vessels with concrete structure subject to ineffectiveness of the berthing members worn for years,Xinghua harbor reinforcement Phase3project has been adopted to analyze and summarize the characteristics and difficulties of berthing facilities reinforcing and reconstruction,and a technical plan is determined finally.The berthing facilities can be reinforced by removing damaged berthing members,re-boring and embedding bars with post-anchoring technique,sticking carbon fiber cloth and installing new fenders.The checking computation of berthing force shows that the reinforced facilities have reliable and complete concrete structure,which will accommodate vessels well and extend its life of service.
