摘要
在一台大功率长冲程单缸柴油机的研制过程中,应用CAD、CAE设计方法,对该机的总体性能和关键零件结构进行了仿真计算和优化设计。并介绍了单缸机开发过程及其总体设计、关键零部件设计及台架试验情况,为柴油机自主研发提供了一条有效的途径。
In the process of the development for a high-power & long-stroke single-cylinder diesel engine, the design methods of CAD & CAE are applied to analyze, calculate and optimize the performance of the engine and the structures of the key parts. Meanwhile, the development procedure of the diesel engine as well as its overall design, key parts design, performance bench test were introduced so as to provide an effective access for the independent development of the diesel engine.
