喷雾落点对直喷汽油机缸内油气混合和湿壁的影响

摘要 利用STAR-CD软件,对某增压发动机缸内流动进行了数值模拟,研究了两种喷雾落点方案对缸内滚流比、湍流强度、油气混合均匀性和湿壁量的影响。结果表明:在1 500 r/min/WOT和5 500 r/min/WOT两种工况下,两种喷雾方案缸内滚流比和湍流强度的差异小,但方案二油束张角小,活塞湿壁量高于方案一。综合分析,喷雾落点方案一更适合该直喷发动机燃烧系统。 A numerical simulation has been conducted to investigate the effect of spray pattern on in-cylinder flow,spray and mixture formation from a turbo charged engine by using STAR-CD software.The results show that,under 1 500 r/min/WOT and 5 500 r/min/WOT operating condition,the different spray patterns show the similar in-cylinder tumble ratio and turbulence intensity.Because the second spray pattern is wide spray design,the wall wetting on piston is higher than the first spray pattern.Above all,the first spray pattern is suitable for this combustion system.
